  • Text input: When you type how you feel or what you need, this text is sent to our AI provider to generate your 2-minute routine.
  • Contact details: If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message.

2.2 Automatically collected data (server logs)

Our hosting provider may collect:

  • IP address (short-term)
  • Date & time of request
  • Pages visited
  • Browser type
  • Operating system

2.3 Analytics data

We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (e.g. Plausible or Umami) which:

  • does not use cookies
  • does not track individuals
  • collects anonymous, aggregated usage data only

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

  • Providing the Service: Generating routines, operating the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Improving the Service: Understanding usage and fixing issues. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Communication: Responding to emails or support requests. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies

Tiny Reset does not use tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be used in the future for optional login functionality.

  • Hosting providers (e.g. Vercel)
  • Analytics providers (Plausible, Umami)
  • AI providers (e.g. OpenAI) to process your text input

6. Data retention

  • AI input text is processed transiently and not stored long-term by us.
  • Contact emails are kept as long as needed for communication.
  • Server logs are kept short-term for security and then deleted or anonymized.
  • Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g. to AI providers), we ensure GDPR-compliant safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
